Dragon Hills where flowers pose

There are places where everything seems to tell a story. Dragon Hills is one of them. Nestled within an almost organic architecture, between hand-sculpted walls and plays of natural light, the artist residency offers a rare space for expression. Here, nothing is static. Lines are irregular, materials vibrate, and each space invites a different interpretation of life. It is in this unique setting that we conceived a series of floral arrangements designed as extensions of the space. Rather than imposing a presence, the idea was to accompany. To let the flowers inscribe themselves in the rhythm of the space, almost as if they were already part of it. A stem reaching into the void, a delicate branch engaging in dialogue with a curved wall, flowers in soft hues capturing the light and evolving throughout the day. Each arrangement becomes a point of equilibrium between structure and spontaneity. Inside, the compositions play with intimacy: small formats, precise gestures, a silent presence. Outside, they open up, gain height, and engage with the sun, shadows, and raw textures. This work at Dragon Hills was an exploration of the essential. Reduce to better reveal. Observe to better compose. At Martin Fleurs, we firmly believe that the flower is not simply a decorative element. It is a language. A way to engage with a place, to reveal its energy, to extend its emotion. Dragon Hills reminds us that beauty is often born in this fragile balance: between control and letting go, between intention and chance.
